6:30 PM - Boadaceia - our Bordeaux styled wine, paired to warm appetizer
The Boadaceia is our first completely "true to style" Bordeaux modelled wine. A very careful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Mouvedre ... fabulous
